Egypt in Depth Pyramids & Oasis

Day 1: Cairo (no meals)
Welcome to Egypt! Meet and assist from Cairo Airport, transfer and check into your hotel.

Day 2: Cairo (B)
This morning we travel to the last remaining member of the Seven Wonders of the World The Giza Pyramids. Situated west of the Nile, bordering on the Sahara desert, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, The Pyramid of Khafre, The Pyramid of Menkaure and The Great Sphinx are considered the world most significant sights. We continue onto Memphis, the ancient Capital City of Egypt. Lastly, we travel to Sakkara, which is the necropolis of Memphis and where you will find the first pyramid ever built - The Step Pyramid of Zoser. Return back to your hotel for a free evening. Overnight at your Hotel.
This evening you have the option of enjoying the famous Sound and Light Show or a Cruise Boat Dinner and Belly Dancing Show.

Day 3: Cairo - Baharia Oasis (B) (D)
We begin our tour today at the Egyptian Museum where the world\'s largest collection of monuments, mummies and daily artifacts of Ancient Egypt lie, including the famous mask and treasures of King Tutankhamen. We then continue our tour to old Cairo visiting the Citadel (containing the Mosque of Muhammad Ali), the World Heritage Listed Coptic Area including Al-Muallaka (the Hanging Church built on the walls of a Roman Fort), The Church of St Sergius and finally The Ben Ezra Synagogue (the oldest Jewish Temple in Egypt built after the fall of Jerusalem in 70AD). Later this afternoon you take a private transfer to Baharia Oasis. Upon arrival you will check into your hotel and enjoy dinner. Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 4: Baharia Oasis - White Dessert (B) (D)
You begin you 4x4 adventures today. Starting early you visit the sights of the Baharia Oasis including the Salt Lakes, Gebel Ingleze, Pyramid Mountain, Bedouin Village, the Museum of the Golden Mummies and the surrounding Tombs. Heading out of town you stop at the Black Dessert, Crystal Mountain and Dessert Flower Garden before arriving to the amazing White Dessert where you set up camp for the night. Overnight White Dessert.

Day 5: White Dessert - Cairo (B)
After breakfast you head back to Civilization through the dessert visiting the Oasis Springs, Swiss Tomb and the Sand Dunes along the way. After freshening up in town you continue onto Cairo. Arrive to Cairo and check into your hotel. Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 6: Cairo (B)
Free morning. Later this afternoon we visit the Khan Khalili Bazaar, dating back to the 14th Century this is the oldest Bazaar in the Middle East. Overnight at your Hotel.

Day 7: Cairo (B)
Check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for final departure of Egypt.

Day A
Visits of Dachur with the red pyramid and the Bent pyramid. Then direction the Pharaonic Village, On a small island on the Nile opposite the old man Cairo, this village gives you a small idea what was the everyday life at the time of the Pharaohs, you will see a whole village of old Egypt. And finally you will go to the Suk khan el kalili. Night at hotel.

Day B
Visits of Islamic Cairo with the visits of: the mosque of the Sultan Hasan (1359), largest of Islamic architecture in Egypt; the Mosque of El Rifaei, the tombs of some of the members of the royal family rests like Khidepe Ismael and his four wives of which famous Genevieve; the sister of Ferdinand de Liceps; as well as king Farouq etc...; the Mosque of Ahmed Ibn Tulun (878), most former who built; the Museum of Gayer Anderson, with the two houses of the Othoman time bought by this English doctor. You will be able to see the collection of anquities which it reported during its voyages throughout the world like India, Europe, China, Iran, Syria; the Maghreb etc...; the house of Ibrahim Kathuda El Sinnari (1794), founded for the scientists of Napoleon. Night the hotel.

Day C
Visits of Fatimid Cairo with the visits of: Visit street Al Mouez: Diving in Fatimid Cairo (969-1171) with the Al Azahar mosque, the second older mosque built in Egypt (972). From the same time visits Al Aqmar mosque with its splendid frontage which will be then adopted later for the frontage of the Coptic Museum and the Al mosque Hakem (XIe century). Al Futuh gates, oldest of the city of Cairo: - that of the time Ayyoubide (dynasty of Saladin 1171-1250). Outside, admire the complex Al frontage Salih Ayyoub that which faced Saint Louis (Louis IX), - time Mamelouk (1250-1517); with the funerary complexes including/understanding the mosque, the college and tombs, - Othoman time (1517-1805) with Sabil of Raman Abdel Katkhuda and the house of El Sihemi. To finish, the architectural visit of the Souk Khan El Khalili, artisan work and lanes with the Egyptian atmospheres. Night at hotel.
